As a family, we have operated a fine dining restaurant in the Florida Keys, as well as a home cooking restaurant in Georgia. Seth and Kent apply their knowledge of fine dining to plan and prepare all of our dishes, many of which have their origins in Northern Georgia, Charleston, and the South Carolina Low Country.
